My family's experiences over the past 40+ years have always been extremely pleasing. Their staff is very knowledgeable and takes the extra time to explain choices, options and prices. Today, Kim cleaned my rings and even removed the wood stain from the tiny crevices in my Mother's ring! We will continue to come to you for our future jewelry purchases!

I had the most wonderful experience with owner Carver at Arthur's. After reading about diamond quality online for months, I felt I wasn't any closer to feeling confident buying the best diamond. Carver took me under his wing and walked me through everything I needed to know and more. I felt he was trying to find the best option for me and my fiance and wasn't trying to "sell me" on higher priced items just because. Thank you, Carver (and Arthur's!) for being amazing!

Brad was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids in like I did - but they were so nice to them, gave them ring pops, and entertained them while I got my jewelry cleaned up. Highly recommend!

Purchased my wife’s engagement ring here; we bought each other’s wedding rings here; got my watches re-sized here; and just bought my wife’s 1-year anniversary ring here. The customer service was amazing every time and the quality of our rings is amazing! We’ve had rings re-sized and my wife just got her rings soldered together - the turnaround time was super fast each time! Brad was extremely helpful with the watch re-sizing and finding rings - he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Arthur’s is the only jeweler we will go to!

So I order the 24k dipped rose for my wife and mines 4 year wedding anniversary. The package showed up damaged and the flower and box inside was crushed…. Possibly would have ended better if I lived near but I don’t. I’m gonna try ordering a possible replacement and will alter this review depending on it turns out. (Update: They helped me through email within a day of problem to resend me an alternate flower in a better shipped package and received it just over the weekend.) Thank you
