Looks like all other apple stores, the only difference is the staffing and employees knowledge of apple products.

Great service, though they could use more staff. Only one complaint: it was really LOUD. It's all hard surfaces, and the sound bounces around. They should add carpeting and maybe something sound-absorbent to at least some of the walls. And get sound-absorbent ceiling tiles.

went in after I forgot my password. on my new iPhone. the lead tech was able to squeeze me in for a reset. even while they were busy. thanks
