The glasses scratched easily, even after using micro fiber wipes, would warranty but once, second time that happened, they told me they are only able to replace the lenses once. Plastic legs were coming off, they also didn’t want to warranty, overall I thought the quality was cheap, the craftsman was inadequate and the customer service was unacceptable for a franchise store chain like America’s Best.

I had a difficult time trying to find this place, I arrived just 5 mins over the “grace period” they still didn’t want to take me in, said that they were “super booked”, there was barely anyone in there. Sad experience.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Aly and Briella at the Har Mar location!!! I had fun, we giggled and enjoyed my time trying on glasses and it was a great experience. The store is so clean and I highly recommend going to America's Best and working with the staff at this location!!! Best walk-in experience I have ever had. :)

Seating is trash, nothing like sitting on jail seats. Plus they scheduled like 20 people same time as me, so was there over an hr.

The eye Doctor at America’s Best was fantastic! She had the most upbeat, friendly, and cheerful personality. Her smile was infectious. The guy that did the testing prior to seeing the Eye Doctor was also fantastic. All of the Staff working at the Store were wonderful in helping me get a new pair of glasses and sunglasses at a very affordable price.

Where to start. I show up early for my appointment and wait to listen to person who was supposed to help talk to their friend about some offending text she received.
Unfortunately this was the same person who did my initial eye exam. First thing they said was "I just want to get you in and out" and proceeded to hand me a card to hold at some unspecified distance from my face. Not too close not too far away - all very scientific. Then onto the periferal vision.
"Move eye up"
"too high"
"Move eye down"
"Too far down"
They then said it I failed these tests I'd have to reschedule at which point I saw my out and just walked.

In HarMar Mall. Location is easy enough to get to. Store itself Making appointments are easy online and lots of availability.Staff at front desk were not very approachable in my opinion. Took my first eye exam which took about an hour. They are very thorough and prescribe you something same day, but glasses take 2 weeks to get.The eye specialist was very friendly however and talkative compared to the front desk people.It's a nice place to get checked up and buy glasses.

I had such a fast and friendly visit. I was able to have my eye exam and pick out glasses in an hour. A worker, Aly, was so helpful and patient helping me look and decided on which glasses to get. I would definitely recommend this location!
