Very upset with this location and company. I needed an alternator for my daughters BMW. I ordered one online to pick up at this location and also it give me 15% off or ordering on line. It was about an hour drive for me because I wanted to get it the same day. My order receipt, the website, and the actual store website all said the store was open until 9pm. I got there at 5:30 and it was already closed. The hours on the door did not match what it said everywhere else. I called customer service thinking I could pick it up instead at the store about 5miles away that actually was still open. No, they would not let me do that. They could only cancel the order. Then, I would have to go to the store and buy it again. Two problems arose, I could not get the 15% discount because it wouldn't be an online order and the money I already paid would not be refunded for a couple days. So I have had to shell out another 300 plus 15% because they don't care enough about the customer to get their act straight. They did offer me a 15dollar coupon to be used on my next order, but there will not be a next order with this company!

My daughters "Check Engine Light" came on while she was down the street from this location, far from home. Our local store is always quick to plug in the OBD2 reader and check for major issues. This location in Roseville, however, rudely informed my daughter that since it was dark out (5:25pm) they would not help her and told her to check her gas cap. I can only guess none of the employees here have teenage daughters who look to AAP to be their repair store.

Came here two separate times because my car wasn’t starting. The first time they tested my battery and said it was healthy, even though it ended up being bad. I tried to buy a battery from them anyway, but they said they couldn’t install it for me, and I didn’t have the tools to do it myself. I decided to give them another chance, and they again refused to install the battery for me. The reason was because the guy couldn’t leave the store unattended, even though there were two guys working in there at the time and no other customers for the half hour I was there. I asked if I could borrow tools and install it myself, and then they spent 10 minutes looking for the battery they said they had and couldn’t find it. They didn’t seem to care too much that I needed to jump my car every time to start it, or that they couldn’t help me with my situation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CARQUEST AUTOZONE>U CANNOT RETURN TO OTHER AUTOZONES/IT'S SOMEHOW NOT CONNECTED TO THE OTHER NORMAL AUTOZONES AND ALWAYS HAS A LONG RETURN LINE BC OF THIS GLITCH. PAINFUL EXPERIENCE AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF NORMAL, CONNECTED AUTOZONES THAT ARE BETTER CHOICES.

As a former mechanic just fixing my own cars now, I appreciate this store for having competitively priced parts, and for selecting the right parts off the shelf every time. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, and know what they are doing. None of that newbie confusion here!
