I hate when I have to go to this location. Zero customer service skills. The older woman who works the register most often will BARELY say hello, let alone have any kind of customer service skills. A simple Hello and Have a good one would be appreciated, but clearly not going to happen. Judging by the other reviews, most feel the same way!

I do not like leaving reviews but i cant help it this time.The drive thru should be a quick service not a wait 15-20 minutes.I hope this gets fixed asap!

These people are rude and do not know how to do their jobs. I paid for a prescription, just as I always do, via the app and then selected to have it delivered via mail. This time, however, Walgreens and their staff decided to try and charge my card a second time the next day. For a prescription I already paid for. That I have reflected on my bank statement. Luckily I had my card switched off. I'm done with Walgreens. Every location is a mess and staff are disrespectful.

Prince in photo was extremely helpful when I was having issues getting my phone to connect for picture printing. Very tech savvy getting my Christmas photos ready for framing. Service was quick and with a big smile. Great place to get photos done for gift giving!! Highly recommend ♥️

Very rude unprofessional staff.It’s taking more than 4 hours to get medication ready. I asked why it’s taking this long and pharmacy assistant rudlley told me I can go wherever I want.Tired of these kinds of people working.

Never shop here again. I keep going back to this store because of the convenience. And each time I’m disappointed. The staff couldn’t care less about the customer. The pharmacy is the worse. If you don’t like working with the public and being compassionate to their issues don’t work in a pharmacy. Never again!

The website should specify that they don’t take infant passport photos. Went there and was told they don’t have the setup to take an infant passport photo. Not a good customer experience

Recently the Rosemount Walgreens on Shannon Parkway has been very slow in filling Rx's - which is a change as I'd had good experiences prior. Staff seems under staffed and stressed.

I’ve recently had to fill a few short term prescriptions. The team at Rosemount Walgreen’s is so friendly, helpful, and efficient. The pharmacist is so compassionate and helpful.

Very poor customer service. They do not communicate when a prescription is not available. The pharmacy employees seem unaware of how to help customers get their prescription when they do not have it in stock.
