Been on hold for an hour and a half. I called 1 min after they opened

After my recent experiences I'm planning on leaving and switching to a different pharmacy and out of walgreens entirely. Been very rude and condescending to me over the phone and the last time I was in they gave me the wrong medication. As someone who works in customer service for health care, I'm appalled.
