I've been coming here for 20+ years, lots of places have parts for cheap, but the customer service here is amazing. Both MN locations are great, but specifically the Rosemount location. Steven was the one checking me out, after spending a few hours in the yard, I was dying of thirst. He gave me a free water, and I downed it in about 1 minute. Then he gave me another one. This place will always have my business and recommendations, thanks again!!

I just called them to get rid of my car and not only are they going to pick up my car they're going to give me what I asked for it. The gentleman that I talked to was very courteous and friendly.

I stopped in to find a headlight assembly after I smacked into a deer and had a 5 hour drive ahead of me. I spoke with Megan and she was amazing at helping me find what I needed.
20/10 if I am ever in the area again I will be back !

Place is very unique and special. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable in helping you find the vehicle in the lot. This place has helped me and others save a lot of money and time when much needed parts are a lengthy delivery away. Remember to clean after yourself and keep the place tidy or else you suck!

I recently sold an old vehicle to U Pull R Parts for scrap. They went above and beyond to help make this process simple, easy, and hassle free. Me and my husband recently sold one of our cars to U Pull Our Parts and I can not say enough positive things about it. I talked with Adam who was so friendly from the get go. He quickly and accurately took down the information on my car and scheduled a tow for the very next day! I was very impressed by his customer service and speediness. Amazing place!
I had a car I’ve been needing to get rid of and was struggling to do so. I called this place up, they gave me an estimated quote and when I ended up going there, i got more $$$ than i was quoted! Whaaaaaat!
It took us about 10-15 mins if that to do the entire process so i was very satisfied with that :)
