Returning customer here. I took about a week to thoroughly shop for the perfect mattress. This was one of the first stores I stopped at in the beginning of my search and ultimately ended up back less than a week later to make a purchase. Jonah was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Great salesmanship on his end. Wide variety of mattresses not found anywhere else in the area. PERFECT place to buy a bed!

Mattress we picked was the only one set up so they had us reach out to the Rosemount store. We were told the next day they were no longer carrying it so for the same price they upgraded our mattress. Now waiting for word on delivery date.

I should have read the Yelp reviews before shopping at Becker. They have good prices...but service lacks. No phone calls returned about our order. In fact, several weeks after purchase, to find mattress never even ordered. Now bed frame supposed to arrive but old mattress going in it. No word on our delivery. Lame.

I did a bunch of research in the 2 weeks prior to coming over to The Mattress Superstore. I decided to give this shop a visit, I’ve already been to a few other shops by now. I met Walt who asked the right questions & showed me what would work for me. He was very polite, very knowledgeable & wasn’t pushy or try to up-sell. Instead he told me to get what worked best for me & my budget. He gave me plenty of time to walk around & explore. I’m really happy with my purchase, my new bed & mattress is super comfy and I got a great deal.

Employees where grate. The did not try to up sell you. Walked though evening and the prices where the cheapest in the area. The bed and box frame we go was great and is holding up great. They will get my business aging.
