“While at Mall of America my boyfriend was looking for shoes. They were very helpful in bringing out sizes and different colors. The shoe he wanted wasn't available so they helped ship it to him for free and with the current sale that was going on. The employees were nice and he was able to find what he was looking for!”

“The young lady that helped me was so nice. I believe her name was Sunny. She is the one that also checked me out with my purchase. I gave her a tip for being so helpful. People could learn from her. Also when I went in the store I was greeted be another young lady that was very nice. I went to 3 DSW’s and this is the only one that had people that would help you. Burnsville was the worst.”

“I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional.We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great.”

“Went to this store for the company's new "slip on" shoes. While they are pricey as hell they are sturdy. Being a disabled veteran got me a 10% discount, and they are running a sale whereas you buy one pair of shoes you get another pair 50% off. With the discounts applied my price was $107.00 for two pairs of shoes. Regular price would have been $140. Employees were helpful and courteous.”

“It is a nice store. LOTS of clothing (not plus size) and a few other items. They also have a basement area too. Clothing is on the main level. They have changing areas. Service is good. It was very busy when I visited. Nice jewelry.”
