Pellicci Ace Hardware in Rosemount went above and beyond to re-screen my window screen. An estimated 4 to 6 day turnaround was only two days!!! I am impressed with the quality job and even more impressed with their customer service. THIS is why I prefer to go to Ace rather than big box retailers. Pellicci Ace cares about their customers and it shows!

Just stopped in for a box of nails. The shelf was empty, but the friendly staff helped me quickly find where the box I was looking for ended up (a customer had tossed them on an end cap among different nails). Highly recommend Ace. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

You would be hard pressed to find better customer service. The folks down there are friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of tools at fair prices. Their lawn and garden section is also hard to beat. It's also a local business, so I would urge you to go to Pellicci BEFORE going to a big box store. Could not recommend this place enough.
