“Fast. Professional. Price was less than I expected on pretty much everything. Nate and all of the staff were Great!. I actually wish they could do more stuff to my suv like upgrade the audio or put in them rreeaally bright headlights.”
“Had a new set of Tires installed and balanced. Then vehicle had problems with the tracking system software. This is due to gratuitous complexity of modern autos. A fundamental part of this is manufacturers being allowed to keep service software proprietary. There needs to be a change in law, to give owners absolute rights to this software and their designee. As is usual the vehicle dealership was not in anyway helpful, but obstructive. Anyhow the second expert Heartland called in was able to solve the problem, but for a significant fee. Due to what I suspect was the cost of his equipment and software, was likely justified. This hassle caused a delay of 24 hours to get the use of my vehicle back.
Heartland were perfect gentlemen about and as blindsided as I was by how this went down.
So beware! Getting a new set of tires is no longer a straightforward proposition with this newer generation of vehicles. And of course no warning of this in the handbook. The marketers I'm sure warned that it would have been bad for sales!”

“Automakers are increasingly putting CVT transmissions in cars and have been for years so when mine needed service imagine my surprise that the dealership did not know how or want (?) to service it, and other shops quoted me outrageous prices ($800). Fortunately I called Kennedy Transmission in Apple Valley, talked to Blake and Carl, who got my car in the shop & installed OEM filters, fluid and gasket for a fair price, did fine work, doesn't leak a drop. If you have CVT or any transmission questions, give this place a call, they will help you out and know how to treat customers to maintain repeat business.”

“I recently had an issue with a component that Superior had previously replaced on my vehicle. The initial work was done about 2 months before the issue came up. I brought the vehicle to them and after the first look they did not think that the components had an issue sufficient to warrant being replaced by warranty. However, I asked them to take a second look with attention to a particular rattle. (I had failed to initially mention the rattle.) They did take a second look and they did replace the components under warranty. I was particularly impressed that they could reasonably have declined my request and not been in the wrong. However they went above and beyond and made sure that their repair met with my satisfaction. I'm extremely impressed. They likely have won a customer for life.”

“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and would highly recommend working with him.”
