The owner Danny is trash!!! He picks his mood on how he wants to treat customers
His wife lily is just as bad. You make appointments and they tell you come in, then they make you wait forever. They are rude!!! Don't waste your time going there.

I’m not sure why I keep coming to this place because I constantly have issues with their quality of work.
I call for appointments, but I still end up having to wait because they don’t really write down the appointments/names.
Things always seem really rushed, and when I try to explain what I like or how I want something fixed it’s not understood.
There is only one person there who does a good job and it’s because we got into an argument the first time she did my nails and told me I needed to be specific on what I want.
They also don’t let you wash your hands so when they polish you can see dust specs under the nail polish.
Honestly, there’s nothing that can be done to make something right if they’re lacking in good quality work.
Finding a nail tech is extremely hard, these prices are very high and good work should be given or they should not expect to get paid.

This is by far the best spot I have been to for pedicures. Lili is friendly and engages with her customers also very professional. 100% recommended.
Cleanliness: 100% and organized. Very cozy.

Drove by on a Sunday, figured I'd take time for alil pampering. Walked in, no appointment. Was greeted properly and kindly, serviced right away. Got a simple fill and gel color. Perfect. The owner, took off the nails that had water damage between the acrylic and my nail, for free. Conversation was light hearted and nice. Got the jelly pedicure. I hate getting my toes done because I'm afraid of getting my toes cut off? but the lady did my pedicure perfectly. If I'm in the area, I'll go back. I highly recommend this nail salon of you live in the area.

Like the reviews below, the lady rushed thru my pedicure too. My ten year old son could have done a better paint job than this!! $62 pedicure, I’m sadly disappointed and won’t be returning. The pictures say it all, and this was right when I got home from the spa, you would have thought I walked thru rocks by looking at my feet! And I got a generic response saying call the store and to make it right. The manager should be calling all customers who have a bad experience to invite them back to fix.

Long story short, my first time I got my nails done at Lilys was last year I want to say and it was by Tina. She was great. Today, I was hoping Tina would be there but she was out for today. Being that it’s Easter tomorrow and my main nail shop was booked, I decided to go to Lily’s. I was not happy with their service. The customer service is horrible! I sat and waited for a pedicure, the nail tech finally came and filled the foot spa with cold water. Then the nail tech left me sitting there with my feet in the cold water and helped another customer that came in after me. Then another nail tech came and took over. She wasn’t the greatest because I felt she was rushing and my toes didn’t come out as good. After my pedicure, I waited and waited while the nail tech went back and forth between me and another customer. I felt she was also rushing. I had to tell both nail techs to do a few nails over. I will not ever come back here! If anyone is ever looking for an awesome nail shop, check out Wave in Shorewood. You will have no regrets!
