Small shop, but high quality core ingredients for Ethiopian cooking. Great 100% teff injera, spiced clarified butter, and spices (e.g. berbere).
Formerly Intoto, can't find info if they still sell cooked meals for takeaway. Loved it.

This is a quaint store that has Ethiopian grocery items such as coffee and spices, as well as other Ethiopian items such as clothes and dishes. They do NOT offer take out anymore. Instead, all meals and catering orders are fulfilled by their restaurant in West St. Paul called Betty's Kitchen Ethiopian Restaurant, which is run by the same owners as Intoto Ethiopian Market.

Intoto is amazing. We buy injera and berbere and niter kibbeh here so we can make our own Ethiopian food at home. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

I love Ethiopian food and this was some of the best! Not much of a spicy food person and I loved that the most about the veggie platter. It didn't kill my mouth with heat ?

Went in to check out the market. I'd not had much exposure to Ethiopian food (only Cave Cafe), but they were very helpful! The stuff I picked up was all tasty, and looking forward to my next trip to try some more.

I tried the sampler platters with meat and veggies. Everything was delicious. Have ordered a few times already and each time the food was great! Available only Thursday through Sunday. Call or text to place order.

The owner is amazing! She is so kind and welcoming, that alone would make me come back. We ordered the Tibs, Sega Wet and the Alicha.... all tasted phenomenal! The spices had a great, deep flavor that kept you wanting more. Definitely coming back.

Delicious authentic food, friendly and helpful service.I ordered a veggie party platter for a group of friends. We had some food concerns with some being gluten free and vegan. The food was perfect! I was so excited to have gluten free injera. The greens, lentils, beets, really everything was amazing. I highly recommend the food and will be ordering again.I also have shopped the store and love the tea spice mix. It’s perfect with some fresh ginger for my morning tea. The baati dresses are also so beautiful and comfortable. I purchased some for me and for gifts. Thank you Heaven for opening up. I’m so glad you’re here in Rosemount!
