This a really busy pharmacy. The employees convey an exhausted demeanor and could use better eye contact, any kind of friendliness. You all look and act utterly miserable.Steely unresponsiveness to mirroring a smile or greeting. Poor you.Welcome to the rest of us- underpaid, understaffed, too busy. Your put-upon attitudes are completely unnecessary, inappropriate. But, the meds are delivered.I do wish they didn’t print out the pages every time I pickup - such unnecessary waste. They are floating around in miserable haze, sooo the just have it too tough to hear you.Cultural Change Necessary from the Top Down.

Have had great experiences with this pharmacy but just interacted with someone new. That person couldn't care less about the customer. Would say 99% of the time will be a good experience but that bad apple with customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Everyone at this pharmacy goes above and beyond. I had an issue mostly of my own doing and they still made it right. I highly recommend.

I don't understand the bad ratings for this Cub Foods. They offer a great selection of items. Their deli is da bomb as well as their meat counter. Their produce is always fresh. The cashiers are all very friendly. The store is clean and tidy. Plus they are open 24 hours. (I'm from Miami, Florida and I'd not seen 24hr grocery stores.) They may not often have the lowest prices (if you know me, ya'll know I'm a Walmart aficionado.) But...Cub always has a sale going on and they are a local business. I'm always down to support local and do make it a point of shopping there. Also, their Cub rewards program is terrific and if you spend $50 or more, you get discounts at Holiday gas stations and let's face it we all love gas discounts...oh and they always have ranch Corn nuts. We Ranch Corn nuts.

This Cub Foods has gone downhill - and I can see why. I used to shop here exclusively for groceries, about five years ago, and it was awesome. (Amy was the most cheerful and enjoyable person to check out with!!) I moved back to Rosemount about six months ago and have stopped in a handful of times... While I usually don't have an issue (I've only been in for quick trips, with a few items), tonight stuck out as a trip to remember. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by their floor manager berating an employee for taking a break at 8p. Her name was Natalie. She must have asked why he was going on break, to which he said "it's 8 o'clock, that's what you said". Rather than actually manage the situation by explaining business trends and coverage (or god forbid she backfills her employees break...), she went for the old "You go when I say you go!" What a disgusting management tactic - utter control and fear!... Which she was then praised for by whom I can only assume to be the floor manager at the time, with a thumbs up and a walkie left on her cart! I then was able to hear her complain and brag about her interaction with the young man, while walking away to shop. Fast forward fifteen minutes to check out... and I'm blessed by Natalie's presence again (as she's stopped stocking yogurt to oversee the checkout). Now she's complaining about another employee "who's always on break and takes more breaks than anyone"... Now, I'm not old by any means... But watching some twenty-something (at most) stomp around on a power trip was disgusting and a poor excuse for management. I feel sorry for your employees if this is the environment you're promoting and won't be back... which is so, so sad to see because I had so many friends that LOVED their Cub work experience when I lived here the first time around.

I don't usually write these kind of things, & I still love shopping at Cub & will continue to, but you guys really need to check expiration dates better. I found a bunch of pizza lunchables expired December 2018 when I went to buy lunchables, & I just picked a different flavor that time, but i was in a hurry & forgot to check when I grabbed some of your Cracker Barrel cheese dip/cracker snack packs & opened it today & the cheese dip was super gross looking & watery, I looked & it was expired October 2018. I know I am extremely fastidious when it comes to expiration dates, to the point of annoying everyone around me, but I'm just letting you guys know y'all should be a bit more careful. Thanks

Not an enjoyable shopping experience, overpriced as well. Would love to see this store replaced by a quality grocery store
