I came by to get gas here as my car was on empty. My car began to stall after leaving their gas station. I took it to Toyota and they stated the gas was dirty and had a bit of water in it so they had to clean my whole fuel system. Still no response from the owner. Never trust their gas ! Dont go here !

Rude employees!! Went to drop off a rim with a tire for a patch, and the manager was so condescending I loaded the rim and tire back up in my car as he panicked while I drove away. Went to Discount Tire in Apple Valley, and they patched it for free and balanced all tires for zero cost. Don't go to this small, trashy shop for anything. Dirty and gross shop with rude staff is not worth it. My wife priced tires and again over $230 more than Discount Tire with no appointment.

My steering locked up and serpentine belt in bad shape. Had it towed to BP. Belts, alternator, water pump...$1200.12/2019Well 12,000 miles later 2/2022, I need a water pump and belt replacement. I left shop with engine light on! Their response was, well you'll have to bring it back. Turns out the exhaust hose wasnt hooked up which is no where near the water pump.

I had a passenger side mirror that had been knocked off in a minor accident. The dealership wanted 650+ to replace it. I found I could order the new mirror directly from the manufacturer for ~ $230 then I just needed someone to install it, I knew many shops won't do the work using parts they did not get through their sources, or if they do the work they refuse to stand by the work. On my mother's (smartest woman I've ever known or met) I gave Rosemount BP a shot they came back with a quote of just over $100 which brought the grand total of the repair to ~$350 saving me $300 nearly 50% I honestly can't say for sure if it was Scott or Jeff I dealt with as both names seem familiar (one skill I cannot claim) all I can say is that even though it did go slightly over the quoted time they stood by their quoted price, I kicked in a little extra for the stand up service job and workmanship second to NONE if you need service old or new whatever you drive give Rosemount BP a shot you will not go wrong and will never regret the decision. They are a CLASS ACT all the way!

Thanks much to Scott and his team at Rosemount BP!! My Cadillac had a flat tire yesterday and I rolled in close to 5pm. I know they were ready to go home but plugged my tire first and got me back on the road right away! I’m super grateful. The best part- I didn’t even get hit with a crazy bill. I’m a happy customer. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you, thank you!!

Since returning to the Twin Cities for hockey games in late 2019, I have dropped by a few BP gas stations. Today, I especially like this particular BP. On Saturday, I did a lot of driving. I headed down to northern Iowa, did a few stops in Rochester and Burnsville, and then drove back to the hotel. Driving up Highway 52, roughly ten kilometres (even in miles, I do the conversion) before hitting Rosemount, my rental car's light indicating that I was low on gas appeared. It wasn't a panic type of alert. In my head, I was calculating whether I could get to a gas station closer to the hotel. Nope. I needed to get to one a lot sooner. A quick search on my phone's map gave me this BP. It was on my way to Burnsville. Yay! This BP is brightly lit. It was a fairly dark drive over. I was happy to pull into the station to take care of my getting-empty gas tank. There were plenty of pumps available. I parked next to one and tried to figure out which credit card to use. I still have an active Discover card from my time living in this state. The problem is that the ZIP code is 00000 on my statement to accommodate my Canadian address. It means that whenever I insert this credit card into a gas payment system and I get prompted for my ZIP code, entering all zeroes is deemed either suspicious or invalid. My Canadian credit card generally works when I enter the numbers in my postal code, followed by two zeroes when prompted to enter a ZIP code. I decided that this card was the best candidate. Each gas pump now has a gas station TV channel. I caught some college football and $1 breakfast sandwiches at Burger King as I inserted my credit card to get things started. I loved that I was never prompted to enter a ZIP code. I simply inserted my card and entered my PIN. Done! I selected the type of gas that I wanted and filled my car's gas tank up. I was so happy. This gas station is clean. It had paper towel. The lighting is great. This place also has an auto service centre. I saw a woman go inside the convenience store to pay for gas. I didn't need to go inside. I did see beverages in a fridge from my vantage point. BP has an app. I'll need to check it out and see if it works for Canadians. I am thrilled that BP doesn't prompt for a ZIP code. It's such a pain for non-Americans! (430)

I was on my way to physical therapy as I just had a total knee replacement. As luck would have it, my low tire pressure light went on. I called the BP, I told the guy (Scott) I was just a block away and offered to pay to have them check all tire pressures. They insisted that it was free and came out immediately to fill it for me. Super nice guys!

Long story short, BP Rosemount saved us $600, a day of repairs and as long as I live in this area they will be the only place I take our vehicles. About two years ago after another repair place told me that they needed to take off the exhaust manifold for $600 and another day in the shop to replace a sensor, I decided to take our Jetta to BP Rosemount. In less time than it took the other place to tell me what was wrong in the first place, Scott and his team had diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, it was delivered and the car was repaired for $600 less. It couldn't have been clearer how much more competent and honest BP Rosemount was than the other place. Since then, we've gone back for things as simple as oil changes, and counted on BP Rosemount in the dead of winter to tow and fix a battery/tires. Most recently we had a significant repair on the same 2007 Jetta and Scott and team were great. They always work to get us an appointment in a timely manner and they are courteous and communicate with us every step of the way. Over the years I've spoken with Scott a bunch but also Jeff, every cashier and every technician that I've ever interacted with are professional and pleasant. We have our car shop for life - you should make them yours!
