A very good store, I like the pet wash area and it seems very professional, I take my dog there to bathe her when she needs it and it’s only 10 bucks. My only complaint is if you have a double coated animal, or an animal with long hair it’s best to take them to a professional groomer instead since there are no clippers to shave off fur and hair and the de-shedding brushes are never clean when we get there. They always have someone else’s pet hair on it and we’re afraid to use it on our dog because it might give her a skin infection, and she already has a skin fungus on her back that we are trying to treat. If you have a short-haired pet that you would like to take to the pet bathing area that would be a perfect fit for them, but I suggest going to a professional groomer if you have a pet with high maintenance fur.

Three employees were standing there doing nothing, I asked where their pasture mix was, they told me it was stacked on pallets in the side room way in the back. Made me get it myself, climbing over stuff, I asked for help they said "we're busy". Really?! Btw your seeds are a bit of a mess now. Not my fault, I did'nt get any help! Not happy at all!!

Needs a place to put your carts into out in the parking lot. Had someone leave a cart in front of my lifted truck which when I left the store I did not realize, pulled out to leave and ran right into it which damaged my bumper pretty good. The 2 workers outside thought it was real funny and decided to express that in front of me. We spend a ton of money here for all of our farm needs. From what happened today I will bring our needs elsewhere.

I like that if they don't carry what I need I can order online and pick up in store. They have my dog food and chicken feed covered.

I was in there for the first time today. And the staff was so polite and helpful. They know what customer service is!!! Will definitely be back when I have more time to browse!
