Definitely knows the meaning of customer service! Instead of renting a tux for prom, we decided to purchase. This worked out so well - I didn't have to make multiple shopping trips to a store with a teenager boy!! The suit was delivered to my house. It was all awesome and most importantly, my son loves his new suit!

Where do I begin? Brienne is one remarkable lady who knows how to treat her people. She goes above and beyond from day one and continues doing that until everything is done. She’s positive, upbeat, calming and has an awareness about her that won’t disappoint. She is on top of everything and goes the extra mile every second she is with you and even when she isn’t. Her attention to detail is like no other making sure your bridal party looks perfect for the special occasion. We can’t say enough about Miller Formal and Brienne. Top notch!!

I dont know where to start...this lady has it together..making multiple trips to our house an hour away to make sure the guys were on point...even helped setting up chairs for our ceremony so the guys didnt get our tuxes dirty...u did an outstanding job bre...you sure know how to go the extra mile to take care of your clients!!!!!
