Dean and the other pharmacists really go above and beyond in helping their customers. Mattson's is the only place locally where I can find my dermatologist recommended skin care products. I also appreciate that they have an automated call system set up so I can call in prescription refill orders after hours.

Extremely unorganized, long wait times, they told me to verify my insurance myself - which is valid - finally the insurance company had to phone them back with me on the line and talk them through how to fill a prescription. This has happened the last 3 times. They don't seem able to handle the entire volume of prescriptions coming through after Shopko closed. I switched to mail order pharmacy.

Amazing customer service...if you are debating whether you should bring your kid to the clinic for that sniffle...ask Sara or Dean and staff first. A plethora of information.
