As much as it pains me to write this down I have to give Wells Fargo Rogers Minnesota a good review. I made a payment through bill pay that was clearly confirmed but never delivered. After dealing with 150% complete incompetent humans with the 800 numbers and the idiots that do not understand ENGLISH or I CAN NOT understand them. I decided to go into the Rogers Minnesota branch. Pam Kurey (teller) was awesome. She did what she was able to do and then directed me to Ethan the branch manager. I sat with Ethan for about 15 minutes and after a total of 45 minutes being at the branch everything was taken care of 100% and efficiently. Like I said it pains me to say this and to give Wells Fargo a good review but they deserve it this time.

I've used Wells Fargo for decades, but when you walk into this branch, it is like you step into a time machine and go BACKWARDS 3 decades.
And while I like good customer service, it feels so pushy when you walk in here... like every employee jumps down your through and doesn't just ask if you need help, they ask how your day is going, what plans you have, etc..
Just let me deposit my check!

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment, got there, and waited almost a half hour before I had to leave to be seen by the mid-age white woman who could not put down her candy crush game to address me. We even made eye contact several times as my child and I waited in the designated area. I can only hope she puts as much effort into her job as much as she puts into her game, which is obviously not the case. Next time, tilt your phone screen away so you don't actually show people you're scamming the bank for a paycheck.

My first time ever to review a business negatively. I sat on it for 2 whole months and it’s still disturbing me. I went to this branch to notarise a piece of document and was the only client in the bank. I noted 2 bankers and one of them told me that she had an appointment coming who was running late and they will be closing in an hour! I stated that the appointment wasn’t there and I could wait until she was done with the appointment. She basically didn’t even look up to speak with me. I have been banking with them since the year 2000 and to be treated like that was horrible! I plan on transferring my business elsewhere, but haven’t had time yet. My closest branch closed down and I visited this site no more than twice. Being black is still a crime

I had a pre-covid appointment to set up safety deposit box and secondary person for the box. That person lives 60 miles from me and came to get his part done. Went in a year later to get into the box and banker had flagged a note on the signature card that second person info didn't go through. Never called to tell me that. Never followed up to tell me why that happened. I am going to move to a different branch...poor customer service

I normally bank at the St. Cloud branch but I needed to close a loan and get cash same day from a loan I applied for online. After calling 4 other branches, I had little hope for being able to get an appointment amid the pandemic. When I called Rogers, they got me in right away and took care of everything. I worked entirely w h the manager, Jessica and a banker named Pam. They were both great!

Despite lacking an appointment the manager, Jess, kindly greeted me at the door and was able place me with a business banker after a short wait. Jess even went beyond what I had originally come in for and was able to make a few phone calls to enable my account to perform specific business related functions. Super happy with the service
