“Love the new system. You schedule your appointment, show up on the day and time, and your pet is seen within a few minutes. Big contrast from the past when you lost most of your day lining up to get your pet seen, with the risk of not getting seen do to the high volume of people trying to get their pets in.”
“I was so grateful we were able to get our bengal cat because someone else had canceled. She had been really sick for 3 days. She was so lethargic I thought she was dying. They were able to diagnose her bladder infection in a timely manner. Prices comparable to our normal vet.Previously in the week we had taken her to an emergency vet. Where they took our money, but no diagnoses.Thank you Animal & Exotics.This is a pic of our kitty before and then just 2 hours after our appointment.”

With my new rescue Sidney I added Dr Sarah to the team because he needed dental surgery. Now 8 months later he is a healthy 15 year old senior who at times acts like is 5! (I did use a in home euthanasia vet Blue Skies Dr Tracy for Kyia a very peaceful experience.) I truly appreciate all at Barrington Oaks Veterinary Hospital and the care they are giving Sidney.”

“This Banfield team is incredible! My black lab was very sick last year, resulting in two unrelated emergency surgeries. The team helped me navigate a stressful and scary situation and went above and beyond with her care. She's living her best life as a spoiled pup thanks to this team and their dedication to her health.
Additionally, I had to say goodbye to my German Shepard last year in a sudden manner. It wasn't completely unexpected, but I was unprepared when it was time. This team rapidly coordinated a euthanasia while I was falling to pieces. They were compassionate and gentle, and though it was so hard to say goodbye, I know it was easier because of the care and compassion of the team here at Maple Grove. I will always come to this team to have my pets treated by the best.
