Today we had the amazing experience of working with Jory!! I have to say, he was hands down the best Verizon rep I've ever worked with!! Cordial, professional, relatable, and honest. He even explained our bill and helped us find savings that we didn't know we had. Thank you, Jory!!!

This store charged my mother a $10 fee (and asked for it to be cash) to get her iPad unfrozen. Absolutely ridiculous. I called Verizon and they said this store is a retail store and not a corporate store. I contacted the email below as well, they did not apologize and just said someone would contact me in 24-72 business hours. No one ever did. I would stay far away from this store, I know it’s just $10 but sketchy and terrible to take advantage of an older woman.
