Absolutely fantastic first experience. The hand wash before the tunnel and the drying after was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be going back and making it my regular place.

This place is a hidden gem! Returned from vacation with a very dirty car. Driving on dirt roads and getting sand in the car. This was my first time at Touch em all car wash. I purchased the grand slam wash. This included hand wash, vacuum of interior and trunk, window cleaning, interior wipedown, tire cleaning and air freshner. I would recommend this place above all the other car wash places that are popping up all over the place.

I love supporting locally. However this is an experience I wish I could undo. I brought my car to be detailed on a rainy day in April. They called at around 1pm that my car was ready for pick up. I couldn't pick up until after 4. When I got in my car, but butt instantly got wet and whei i started my car, my front panel lit up like a Christmas tree. Every error code for safety features lit up. I went back inside asked what is happening. They explained that it was because of the rain that it didn't dry out after cleaning. I should just open my windows inmy garage and put fans on it. I did this everyday for a week. Still no change. I went back to them they said I should bring it in and their insurance would cover it. My car sat at the dealership for several weeks waiting for their insurance company to decide what to do with the car dealership stating very clearly that the damage was from moisture to my electrical work. Their insurance company denied the claim because they claimed that during the detailing they found a mouse nest. The dealership said that damage was NOT from a mouse. So I had to get my car insurance involved and pay a deductible to get it fixed. This business should have owned up to the damage that they know they caused.
