We cannot thank Paul and the store manager for giving amazing service beyond our expectations. They completed repairs before snowstorm and I was able to put in 38 hours in two days with no complications and is still running great. We are very grateful for helping us out in our time of need in a timely manner.

I had 2007 backhoe which needed extensive repair work and was serviced by Titan Machinery. May experience with Titan Machinery was very good primarily because of the service manager Tim Stephens. Tim was very responsive, positive and professional. He always returned my calls promptly. He did an excellent job of updating me on the progress of the repairs and managing expectations by providing accurate dates. Tim was very good at addressing any questions and if he didn't know the answers he would do the research and get back to me promptly. I would recommend going to Titan Machinery.

I don't think I could be any happier with a dealership they treated me great, give me a great deal and took care of me when I needed them. Terry was my salesman he was great. Had a little issue with my track yesterday. I called Terry and he said he would have the Tim the service manager contact me. Tim called me back Had multiple options for me to pick from to fix my machine very professional. They had my machine repaired him back to me in less than 12 hours. Great service guys. I can't wait for my next purchase.

I have an old Woods belly mower on an old International tractor and needed a belt. I called a couple places no help! I reached out to the sales staff at Titan and had my new belt in twenty four hours. Thank you for the great customer service!

We had a skid control issue. On Christmas weekend I Called my Salesman, he answered the phone right away, I told him my issue on a machine that was not under warranty, he called his service manager and the service manager called me back right away saying they could not fix it that day but if I brought it in Monday Morning they would do whatever they could to get it fixed before the next snow event on Tuesday.
I brought in the machine and the service team had it in and fixed by about 1pm. Great job by everyone involved.

Bought a JLG Telehandler in May. Had to have it in for servicing because it was leaking. They had it for months. It was still under warranty but it cost almost $ 3000.00. It wouldn't be so bad but I finally got it back and it was still leaking! Called them up and they said to watch it for a couple weeks. WHY? Is it going to fix itself? Called again because its STILL leaking and they act like it's an inconvenience. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

Reserved rented compressor for $830/ month called back to double check my reservation for fall and price changed to $1200. Crooks, go elsewhere. Update; they responded I was confused about the price. Theres nothing confusing when i set a reservation and they give me a price. Poor customer service would be the cause.
