We are not a family who goes to the doctor for every little ailment and have had some negative experiences at nearby clinics that have really made me hesitant to seek care. Yesterday my 17 year old daughter has been dealing with cold symptoms for at least a month, if not longer. Her right ear has been continually plugged up and is affecting her hearing. So we thought we better rule out an ear infection. Dr Stephannie was the doctor on staff when we went to the Urgent Care. Urgent Care waits are normally long and I can only imagine the stress on the doctor trying to help all of those patients. Stephanie was present for us during our visit, we didn't feel rushed, even though we knew the long line waiting behind us, we felt heard. She didn't make us feel shamed for waiting so long to come in, she didn't try to diagnose something that wasn't there, leading us to an Rx we didn't need. In short, both my daughter and I immediately upon getting outside of the clinic said "I really like her!" Thank you Dr Stephanie for giving me a little more faith in the health system. You possess all the important traits that a patient wants in a doctor. You are knowledgeable and balance that with a true care and relateability to your patient. THANK YOU!

I went in for an urgent care visit and was told by the receptionist it would be a $30 copay. I got the bill in the mail today for $103. The clinic wouldn’t do anything about it. My mom had the same situation happen to her. To say the least I won’t be back and had I known it wasn’t going to be a $30 copay I would have walked right back out. The nurse I had was also very rude.

My experience with NWF, referral lady yelled across public park on 4th of July celebration , u are not suppose to be drinking I've seen your medical records. Another separate time, she drunk again pulled my sweat shirt over my head in delano legion and was dragging me around until her husband intervened and brought her drunkeness out of bar . I've tried multiple times to file a complaint but I get zero response..

Be warned. I wanted to like this clinic. This clinic only seems to care about money and numbers not about their clients. The doctor I brought my infant son to was not the best listener and I assume they are about numbers( aka $$) my son wasn’t teething at 3 months old. She was way off with it and very disappointed with overall care.

Urgent care have to wait 45 minutes before called in. And after that wait for another 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. They were very good and caring in the past, but not anymore. I have been loyal patient for 12 years, but now I am thinking to go elsewhere for urgent care needs.

I saw Dr Purifoy today because of pain I've been having in my knee. I found her to be friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way I understood. I highly recommend her.

I am in my 50's and I've been in the medical profession years ago. I have to say that Dr. Purifoy is one of the best Physicians I have ever come across. She spends a lot of time with you, is very thorough and discusses all options with you. Her passion is woman's health so if you are a woman looking for a great doctor I highly recommend Dr. Purifoy in the Rogers clinic.
