They don't stand behind their products. They said only 30 days warranty if you use a tool for construction
Update- they did fix my concrete saw under warranty, how ever it took over a month to get the replacement part in. I believe I was dealing with a misinformed sales person. Some issues still need to be addressed here but they did earn my business back.

I was in store in Roger's MN on 5/25/24 to get approximately 400.00 worth of trailer parts. There was no employees in sight or on register when I was trying to get help for 20 minutes. Just when I was going to leave to males were coming out of the back. When they saw me they turned and went back into the back room. I had enough and headed for the front of the store and a lady came out of another side door and asked it I needed help. I told her no that I had enough and walked out. This store has zero customer service. You cannot leave a bunch of teenager's alone to run a store.

Stopped in and got some stuff. What u needed was easy to find and the worker was great to assist me with it.

Order online and pickup at store is a seamless experience. Inventory levels are accurate, and all I need to do is walk in, confirm my identity, and leave with the product. 10/10

I had a great experience dealing with Jeff Abraham in service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He assisted me with a problem with my wood-splitter and dealing with the third-party warranty company. Nicole, the store manager, was also very helpful in the process. Great job to these two- I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I had the worst experience here! I had bought my husband a gift for Christmas online. When I went to pick up my item, they couldn’t give it to me because my card kept declining (although my card had money). They asked me to try another card so I used my sister’s and hers also declined. They told me to come back with cash. Few days later l noticed my card was charged and so was my sisters. We went in to pick up my item and get my sister a refund. However when we got there they told me they couldn’t give me the item I bought unless they ran my card AGAIN! I showed them my bank account and showed where I had already been charged. They still said I couldn’t take the item I PAID for already without having them run my card again. So instead I just asked for them to cancel my item and refund both of us. They said we’d need to speak to a Nicole and she would give us the refund. So my husband didn’t get a good gift for Christmas because of all of this mess & on top of that I haven’t gotten a refund. I called the store multiple times and each time they tell me to talk to Nicole. Finally got a hold of someone who didn’t transfer me to Nicole instead said “Nicole said to call our financial dept”. What a waste of time. Had I know from the start that Nicole couldn’t help me I would have contacted who I needed instead of wasting my time trying to get a hold of Nicole. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!!
