I was trying out this car wash because I was interested in the subscription service they offer. I was extremely disappointed after discovering scratches all over my vehicle after my car wash. I am not sure how much the damage will cost to replace - scratches to multiple doors, bumpers and side panels and roof. Would not recommend and don’t plan on returning.

Best Mr car wash I've ever been to actually.. they have a lot of accessories for detailing your car.. very long car wash in length.. doesn't seem squished or short where they seem to cram everything together like the ones in the city's.. this one is spread out and has restrooms.. u may not think restrooms are a big deal but I'm telling u in the city they are far apart if they are even open at all which is about 3/4 of them..I recommend this wash as it is the best one I've ever been to...

I purchased a wash package online and had a problem when I went to go redeem it at the store. The QR code wouldn't read. The first employee seemed to get it taken care of and I got my first wash, but when I went for my second wash the bar code they put on my windshield didn't work. The worker helped me and got got everything figured out. He was extremely helpful. I was told later when I registered my wife's vehicle that his name was Isaac. He has excellent customer service skills and deserves to be recognized for it. He didn't let me leave until he fixed my membership. If I have his name wrong, he was working on Saturday February 10th at around 11am out in the booth. He was the Latino man that helped the guy with the Toyota Venza. He'll remember my situation.

If you really care about your paint finish hand washing is best. But it's hard to beat the convenience of Mister Car Wash. To get the car wash swirls out of the paint that show up over time, you should have the paint buffed with swirl remover and apply a good coat of wax. Finish will look awesome and it'll be protected.

I used one of the many vacuums and it sucked well. Didn't pay attention to the rest of the wash place but I'd assume it was gathered. Try for best results.

Car wash. Gets car clean. You still have to vacuum it yourself. Still nobody that comes out and cleans the windows or inside for you like real car washes used to.

My regular car wash wasn't open, so I decided to try this place out. WAY over priced and truck was still dirty and not dried off very well. Attendant directing me into the wash had a wand to give the vehicle a enitial wash down, but didn't. Will stick to my home town small mom and pop car wash across the street.
