I had a drivability issue with my Silverado I purchased from Miller Chevrolet. I called and made an appointment and they said they could get me in the next day. I live 30 miles from the dealership and specifically told them I needed to wait for it and made sure they could get me right in. I drive all the way to the dealership and checked in my Silverado. I was told that they possibly would get it in later that day. I told them that when I made the appointment I was waiting and they said they would get it in right away. I was so upset I got my keys and left. I called the Service Manager and told him what happened. He told me I must have misunderstood and it was my fault. I insisted I was told they would get it in right away. The service manager started getting real defensive and accusing me of calling him a liar. He was very rude. Needless to say I will never do any business with their dealership again.

Miller has a great team. The service advisers keep you informed of the progress and give you an estimated time for completion. I have also purchased a vehicle, and the sales team was great to work with. Ask for Mike in sales!

I am actually pretty upset with my experience at your dealership.
The sales and finance guys were great, but your service department is absolutely trash!
I've never bought a chevy, and never been to this dealer before.
I ordered 4,000$ worth of accessories for my brand new truck, and the guy guy checking me in was absolutely dumbfounded about the products I ordered and didn't know what a soft roll was for my truck.
He finally went and got help from someone else who gave him the sales order sheet that me and the financial guy had gone through to pick out my accessories, and I was able to get checked in.
Then he asked me if I knew how long it would take to complete the installation.. I said that should be my question for you!
I knew it was supposed to be about 24hrs for the rust proofing to set up and told him so.
The next day my wife had called me about 11am and asked if it was done yet...I said I haven't received a notification yet, so I called and they said they had just finished.
I went up to get the truck all excited for the changes.
I ordered chrome step ups, the soft roll tunnel wrap, the 3m protective wrap, and the rust protection.
When I got there I didn't know where to go so I went in to the service center again and there was 1 employee helping someone, and the other 3 standing off to the side chit chatting, and me and another customer were waiting.
The 3 that were talking to each other went into the building, so me and the other guy waited to be helped.
The guy in front gets done and I tel the employee that I'm here to pick up my truck. He tells me I need to go inside to customer service and they'll give me the key.
I said and then what am I supposed to walk around in the parking lot and honk the horn until I find my truck!
OMG I just spent 52 grand on a brand new truck and 4 grand on accessories and I have to go find it!
I was very upset to say the least!
I expected you guys to bring it around all nice and cleaned up and say Ta Dah!!! Look at your beautiful new truck and accessories!
Instead I had to go find it....parked on the side in the rain all night with water spots and dirt all over it!
So I start to look at it and go over the installation and discover air bubbles in the 3m wrap. So I go in to talk to the service guys..the 3 that came back from the chit chat session were there so I saw the same guy who checked me in the previous day and I went to him and told him there were bubbles in the wrap, and he blew me off and said they won't do anything about those for at least 3 weeks.
So I spoke to customer service... they sent me to the service manager who basically said the same thing, that the bubbles would work themselves out, if not bring it back and apologized for my inconvenience. Going home and did a better inspection I found dirt under the wrap besides the bubbles which still haven't worked themselves out...and it's been 2 weeks.
So... you've failed in my opinion!
I'm not a happy customer and I'm telling anyone and everyone who will listen to the story of the horrible service at Miller chevy in Roger's mn.

The waiting area is nice. I've purchased additional products and the service people were really nice in assisting me. New vehicle price was good. I never use the app but it's a nice addition.
Jeremy was our sales rep. He was nice but what I didn't like is after the sale he told me there would be a survey from the dealership and asked I rate him 5 stars so he could get a bonus. That's how he makes money because they aren't paid enough and don't work off commission. If he was rated under that then he didn't get it and he had a family and things to pay for. Also that he can see who rates him and the additional comments they write (which didn't come across in a threating way). If you're a genuinely good salesperson then people will rate you 5 stars.
I got a vehicle from here. The answers to the questions I had were a little misleading. (Side note: Have them tell you what your interest rate is before signing. Our bank was 1.59% better than their offer.) A couple weeks later, I had a couple questions about purchasing the vehicle. I called GM Financial, they said to call the dealership. In 1½ months time I left 3 voicemails on the financial department's phone line.. no return call. I spoke to sales they said to talk to the salesman that helped us, Jeremy, but we haven't heard back from him either. I called GM Financial again, explained the situation and they said some dealerships are unfortunately like that after and suggested to try another Chevrolet dealership in the area. I called Cornerstone in Monticello and I was transferred to a person right away. They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice and I wasn't even their client. I will be purchasing our 2nd vehicle from the Cornerstone location, along with my 2 other family members that I redirected to them.

Cant say enough good things about these guys. Jeremy Benedict in sales is the man to go to. I live 3 hours north of where they are and they send someone all the way to get me from there because i didnt have a way to get down there. The driver was very respectful, very good at driving, and was pleasant to ride with. The finance guy was very nice and so was the manager. Id give them 10 stars if i could. Thanks guys!!!!
