In October of 2023, the Manager ruined my experience as she was not forthcoming. My per-paid 12-month membership ($978.98) went like this… made 2 visits to meet with the manager to set up the membership but she was a no-show other staff was not able to complete the transaction.
The third time the staff ran my credit card, however, they could not print my contract. Two appointments were canceled before I could use the membership. After two weeks of numerous attempts to sort this out to no avail, I asked for a refund. As the membership had not been used nor the contract was signed.
Finally, the Manager did contact me to say; that I was rude and that she had recorded my interaction with the staff and her to prove it.
They were not able to refund the credit card rather a check was in the mail that did not appear. A dispute was made through the credit card which they did not reply too and 90 days later the charge was removed from my account. For over 10 years on and off I have had per-paid membership at the Rogers location and had a good experience. This Manager has ruined that.

Tried this place for the first time and was not impressed. I asked during the massage to get harder pressure and she continued with the same pressure. Just a heads up, they will try to get you to sign up for a monthly membership. Their rates are high for the quality of massage you will receive. Also, beware of what they are actually charging you. Maybe it was just my transaction, but they were not upfront about the charges. I did reach out to them about it so hopefully this will be better in the future.

They do not honor appointments made over 2 months in advanced, we blocked the time off but were told we'd been given a call to confirm the appointment, when the the appointment was made in person. We did not receieve a call to "confirm" like they claimed. Absolutely unprofessional.

Warning: Deceptive Billing PracticesI booked a massage at this location through their website. The booking quoted $120 for services and on the confirmation screen displayed standard booking details, as well as a "Zero dollars due now, $120 due at location."Massage was fine, but when it came time to pay, they told me I owed $220. When I said that isn't what was confirmed online the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and said she "wasn't in control of that and they had updated their prices."I told her I was aware of that and am telling her because she needs to let whomever at her location that can solve it know. A bait and switch in financial dealings is unacceptable for any business. Any sane customer would walk away from a near %100 price increase from their confirmed expectation--but they waited until after services were rendered to communicate the massive increase.It should be an easy dispute to win with the credit card company, as I have screenshots of the appointment confirmation and receipt from the place, but what a pain in the rear and a terrible taste to be left in ones mouth. They even had the gall to try and use this practice to sell a membership.No issues with the masseuse---but definitely not worth $250+. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Had a facial today at this location, and I am not impressed at all. First of all, my facial time was cut short. I looked at the clock when I entered into the room to check the time on purpose, and it was 12:53. My facial was done at 1:41. Hand massage was a joke. She just put cream on my hands, and that's it. Face massage lasted 1 minute. Now I see why my facial ended so quickly. I don't understand people who are trying to cut corners at their job, especially when their paycheck rely entirely on clients and product sales. People buy from people they know, like, and trust. After getting an effortless facial, how can you trust a person who's then trying to sell you on a product?! I won't be coming back.

I am a member here unfortunately. If they actually had massage therapist available to schedule, I would use my massages up and cancel. They say I can put it on hold for $20 a month and not accrue more massages. Scam! When I started it was $39 per month.

McKenzie at front desk was NO HELP whatsoever, instead of solving the problem that is their problem that they made a mistake , she was just not caring and just laughed instead, so disrespectful i dont understand how people like this work, therapist are all so amazing, but the front desk customer service is so poor. because of that im willing to cancel my membership now

Fail. I've been having some back problems and been in pain for a while and finally decided to book a massage. Was so excited for it and to finally take some time for myself. Even had my husband take some pto so that I could have childcare. All to find out late the night before that there was a booking error and the massage therapist I booked with wasn't going to be in. They cancelled my appointment and couldn't accommodate me nor did they offer to do anything for me. Called multiple other locations and of course no one has a same day appointment. I know things happen, but that was a pretty sucky error to make.

Twice now I have made an appointment online for a massage at the Rogers Massage Envy and the appointments have been deleted. When I call in to find out why I was told the masseuse changed her hours so she wouldn't be there when my appt was scheduled. No one called to ask if I'd like to reschedule or to even let me know the appointment had been canceled!!

Do not purchase their membership. It is very difficult to cancel. You can only cancel by talking to one specific person who is only there two days per week. Then after I canceled, scheduling massage to use up services I had paid for was months out, then they would not let me transfer to another person (as they had told me was an option). So, I got a facial and left a tip. Afterwards there was an additional "upgrade" fee charged to me. I called and they would not correct this. I even asked to just use my leftover hours of service to cover this "upgrade" and they said they couldn't. Highly poorly ran business.
