The best auto repair shop in the area. They are professional and knowledgeable. I had my truck serviced at a dealer and had to bring it to Lithgow to have it fixed correctly.

Worst experience I had with the shop they don’t know nothing about how to install the aftermarket market Audi RS honeycomb grill in the right place they zip tied my grill in few spots and camera connectors are not plugged in, I have to spent additional $600 from dealership to install correctly and also they took more than 3 full days to get done when they said it will be done in one full day.
The owner TOM is very rude when I talked to him over the phone , which I’m not been wanted to talk too, he is not allowing me to speak.
He is alleging me that I called him more number of times than the technician called me twice on more number of things
Mike didn’t provided an official quote in the first place, but Mike said the Exhust to get installed for 350 but he asked me to pay more than that.
Never going to go here. Poor family owned business.
I tried to steal their labor to work for me directly which I didn’t want to go with after knowing poor job they and the technicians have.
Never going here!! Very bad experience.

They are the doctor you want for your car! I am very thankful to Mike and Tom. They were thorough and honest. I was quoted $800-$1500 at 4 other shops for mechanic work I knew I needed. When they actually got in there, it wasn’t as bad as they thought and ended up being cheaper than they had originally quoted to me. They built trust with me through the phone calls we had, talking through the safety, longevity, and mechanic concerns and diagnostics. Highly recommend! I won’t be taking my car to anyone else as long as I live in MN.

Lithgow Auto is awesome!!!! My co-worker recommended them for my timing chain & I will definitely be going back for any future car repairs. Tom & Mike are INCREDIBLY detailed & honest. Mike took the time to go over EVERYTHING that was going on with my car. He never once rushed through explaining the different parts & what needed to be done. It felt like he really wanted me to know & understand everything, step-by-step.I cannot even begin to describe how nice it is to have a car shop I TRUST where I can keep bringing my car. Tom & Mike are so wonderful, patient, honest, hard-working, reliable & good at what they do!! Oh, and they are very reasonably priced!!Lithgow Auto: THANK YOU for being so honest with your work. This is THE shop to bring your car to!I have been bringing cars to Lithgow for years and have nothing but good things to say. The entire team is professional and honest, very easy to work with. You will not be pressured into unnecessary repairs, and they will clearly explain what and why things are being done. I do not believe you will find better service.
