The tax preparers are always super friendly and patient. I appreciated Tatiana going above and beyond to make sure my return was correct. Giving the rating I am because the cost is absolutely ridiculous! I wish the cost was upfront and detailed, because I'm not sure why it would cost someone roughly 400.00 to have their taxes done. I'm not a business owner multi property owner or anything that would warrent that cost. My prep was a little more difficult for my preparer because this was her first year, but she handled it all amazingly, so my dissatisfaction is with the company and its lack of transparency when it comes to the cost.

Absolutely terrible for business owners. The new owners have little to no clue what they are doing and messed up our businesses taxes beyond any acceptable or reasonable means. I have a laundry list of mistakes they made. Along with failure to communicate and making major financial mistakes and getting fined by the IRS due late filings. Right now we absolutely cannot recommend this location for anything beyond a basic tax return for an employed person. Our new accountants are flabbergasted at the lack of care and attention to detail that whoever is in charge made. Clearly not experienced and should have let us know well ahead of time of their I capabilities as we were a prior owners account.

Very professional. Friendly and helpful. Only down side was processing fee. Minnesota residents with a rental property in California. Very straight forward return. Just the extra cost of the rental property.

I am very pleased with my experience at H&R Block Rogers location. My tax expert, Jared, was extremely knowledgeable, cared about me, and explained to me where the numbers were coming from and what they meant.

I had an appointment set up for several months in Rogers, MN. I got a call a few days ago stating my appointment has been canceled. The guy in Rogers seems like kind of a Bozo. I've been going to H&R Block for years and I have never had this happen before.

They are unprofessional and will make mistakes on your taxes than charge you to fix their mistakes. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.
