I put a sign in front of my garage deliver it to the house on the porch I do not know if a package is put out on my detached garage I've had things delivered before on the porch and lately whoever the new driver is will not put things at the house I cannot see in front of my garage almost backed over the package if they can't handle the load you should get a different driver instead of a little girl

Every review has the same story and mine is the same. “Attempt” delivery that requires no signature but still wasn’t delivered. Sounds like it’s the same useless driver. FedEx I doubt you’re reading this but if you are, fire this driver. Amazon and UPS only from now on.

Claims missed delivery several times but no door tags present on any entrances and I have been waiting for delivery for hours but no driver has been in sight and then I get a notification that the driver attempted delivery. No driver had even stopped by. The address I provided is correct. If I have to drive to a location to pick up this package what is the point of paying for shipping? Customer service has been unable to help or redirect the package. I would like some real support and a refund and I will remove this review.

FedEx is literally the worst. Drivers don’t even stop on the Northside and get out their trucks. I’ve been waiting for a package for two days - both days, the driver pulled up in front of my house, sat for 20 seconds and then drove off. Didn’t get out, didn’t knock, didn’t leave a door tag or anything. I told them to leave it at my door and they didn’t. The managers at the hub can’t control their drivers - their a mess.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Won't deliver my package because they claim they attempted three times and no one was home. I was home the each day, the entire day. I rearranged work schedules to ensure I was home. No one EVER knocked on my door or attempted to let me know they arrived. Called customer service every day to figure out a way to get my package and they kept telling me it will be delivered the next day. Then again, no knock or attempt at delivery. Customer service has been absolutely no help. Appalled at the way that have handled this situation and treat customers.

I didn’t shock me to see a struggling 1.8 review rating for the ROGERS, MN. location. There is a pattern of dissatisfied paying customers who has received very poor delivery services. They make delivery attempts before the time frame hours that THEY give you, then when you talk to the customer service line, which is worthless, they act like they are helping you set a time that works for you and the whole time they are lying. The only way you can set a time is by doing it yourself online, it took 3 days and the 3rd phone call before someone advised that. They think it’s cool just to keep saying, they’ll try again the next day, WHAT TIME? UPS let you know what time and how close they are, if you ship FEDEX I’m not buying from you.

Yep. My experience is consistent with the worst reviews. Tracking says they attempted delivery yesterday but we we here and doorbell camera showed no sign of a FedEx truck. Said delivery would be next day. Again we were here all day and no delivery. I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever arrive. This is no way to run a business.

So i guess we are not even bothering with reading labels now huh? I ordered a package with my current address. Waited over a month come to find out it was delivered to my old address from over a year ago, three weeks ago. I had to contact the company I ordered from to figure out what the delay was.And of course my package is gone.

terrible delivery and service. I live in an apartment and when they arrive they would not notify me to sign for my package until after they left and they would give me a delivery notice. So i decided on the third day to wait downstairs in my lobby for 2 hours. a fed ex driver arrived and when i asked for my package he claimed he did not have it. 2 seconds after i leave the lobby i get a delivery notice, so that shows the driver lied and said i wasn’t present when i had just talked to him. I called corporate and they were no help they only advised me to wait and watch for the driver and would not give me information to pick up my package. I finally got the location to pick up my package (which was 40 minutes away) and they made me wait an extra day because the driver (who said he didn’t have my package) still had my package and wasn’t back at the facility. I finally got my package the following day… 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. Worst customer experience ever. If you ever get a package that is being shipped through fed ex insist on changing the carrier.

Our package was supposed to be delivered today. We had to sign for the package and we were home but we got a message saying the driver had tried to deliver and there was nobody home. I called the 800 number and got the runaround and asked to be escalated to a supervisor which they did. The supervisor said there was no way to contact the driver and they were busy today so it would have to be delivered tomorrow. I told him that wouldn't work and asked if I could pick it up at their facility. He said that isn't possible. Very frustrated that I couldn't get this package today because I needed it today and not tomorrow so it screws up my plans. I wish FedEx could be more reliable and service-oriented.

As you can see from almost EVER SINGLE review these guys are HORRIBLE! Got a package delivered to my "front door" on the 21st. By front door they meant the main entry to my freaking apt building. $320 package stolen due to FedEx Rodgers incompetency or laziness. You guys give FedEx a bad name and Google needs to add a negative star rating. Never, never use these guys!

I honestly don't think I've ever gotten a package delivered on time based on the online estimate provided to me. Maybe it's the software being horrible, maybe the drivers are slow, or maybe FedEx just sucks all around. All I ask is for somewhat accurate info, but it's always 4+ hours off during weekdays and any weekend estimated delivery won't make it until Monday at best. Fix your systems

Drivers always lie about attempts to deliver package! On multiple occasions they have started they tried but my security camera shows no activity at the supposed attempted delivery. Lying about theses things could be a life of death situation depending on what's in the box... But you guys don't care! FEDEX IS TRASH!!

Just had to throw out 47 pounds of meat do to horrible service.Expecting delivery on 5/11/23 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. FedEx driver drove past house at 12:05 pm on 5/11 and circled the block to return and park in front of yard then drive away after several minutes without exiting truck as we stood in yard waiting. Truck never returned. Called FedEx at 5:00 pm on 5/11 and asked what was going on and explained to them what happened and that the food is frozen and needs to get here. Person on phone assured me someone would be coming with package by end of business day on 5/11. Nobody showed up and on FedEx tracking it said delivery was attempted at 6:10 pm on 5/11 which was a complete lie because someone was at the residence and no delivery was attempted.I call at 7:00 and ask FedEx what’s going on and they said the package is at the Rogers facility and will be delivered tomorrow. On 5/12 at 1:15 pm the FedEx truck arrives and it’s the same driver as the day before. I asked him why he didn’t get out yesterday and give us the package he said because the styrofoam cooler was damaged and he needed to bring it back to the Rogers facility to be inspected overnight? He retrieves cooler off truck and absolutely nothing is damage on it and the dry ice that was packed inside is gone and all the meat is thawed out. Extremely odd circumstances and I will never order anything like that again and have FedEx involved. I’m not sure if they deliberately tampered with the meat or not.
