FedEx in Rogers has misplaced my package. They told me it was on the truck, truck arrives and no package. Not impressed. This place needs to get its act together, lousy customer service. I expect my package today, as promised.

Every review has the same story and mine is the same. “Attempt” delivery that requires no signature but still wasn’t delivered. Sounds like it’s the same useless driver. FedEx I doubt you’re reading this but if you are, fire this driver. Amazon and UPS only from now on.
