We were visiting from out of state and had a nail in our tire. We stopped at a place proir to this place and they brushed us off. Then we found Discount Tires! What a difference! Luke came out with my husband and said it wasn't a problem and they would get it fixed and they did for us at no charge! What an exceptional place with all of the staff! Would highly recommend this place if you need ANYTHING with your vehicle!

Good service. Had to go back to get rebate that was supposed to print out with my receipt. Problems with tire pressure and one of their gauges... had to drive a short distance on a Brand new tire that they caused to be flat. Always liked Discount Tire. Hope next time it goes better. But folks there are always nice.

I have had very positive experience with Rogers DT. I am impressed with "Joe" and the team in the shop. I was beginning to believe young people now days have lost strong workin work ethic..These guys restored my faith! They were professional, friendly and amazingly proficient. I was a walk in with a Tacoma 4x4 i required 4 new tires, i was in and out in about 30 minutes!
My Kudo's and appreciation!! The manager needs to buy pizza for these guys!

I had gotten a flat tire, stressed out with it being a busy dance weekend & not expecting to drop $$ on all brand new tires… As I had tears flowing down my face in the lobby extremely stressed out, Tommy went above & beyond to make sure my daughter & I were going to get back on the road safely. Thank you for reassuring me & guiding me thru something as simple as new tires. I appreciate everything you did.

I worked with Jose on fixing a flat for my trailer. I dropped it off and got a text it was complete. I missed the closing time, and they were kind enough to unlock and get me my tire. Great service, I buy all my tires from them .

This place rocks. I pass many tire places to go here and I live in Shorewood. The team is responsible reasonable and they are used to all sorts of cars coming in. You will not be disappointed Ted with their value and professionalism. Make an appointment to ensure you do not have a long wait. Will be coming here with both of my cars going forward.

Discount Tire is a GREAT place to get tires or fix tires. They are always on time receiving cars for appointments. The guys in the reception area really know their stuff and often recommend options. The guys in the shop are well trained and speedy, yet always being safe. Our cars are always in & out just as they quote us. I'd recommend DISCOUNT TIRES to anyone!!!

I realized my tires needed replacement and called discount tire. I was helped by Joe who was very helpful, patient and courteous . Went I went in, I got to work with Luke and Jose, they were both very courteous, professional and helpful. I was blown away by how nice everyone was and how they were able to accommodate me the same day. Thank you guys so very much for this wonderful experience. I will recommend this place. Tires felt great as I drove away!

Great staff. Very fast turnaround. I made an appointment for a tire balancing. Turned out I need 4 new tires. Had them in stock. I rolled out in less than an hour.

Got rims back in 2018 ,lost socket to remove tires ,,call them they replaced it for nothing,Now that is customer service at it's best, will always recommend discount tire,
