What an amazing athletic opportunity for kids. Katie, owner and coach, pours her heart into teaching the kids aerial dance on silk and lyra. The culture is body positive and focused on using your strength to dance beautifully on the apparatuses. The kids love going to class and performing in their annual shows.The other coaches, Jessica and Bams, are also great with the kids. The teachers will demonstrate skills for the kids to watch. Much to their delight Bams will run dances with the team to encourage technique, performance, or replace a missing student. As a young adult competing in aerial the kids look up to her leadership and skill.There are recreational, team, and competitive options for increasing levels of commitment. It's transparent in pricing and affordable.Their new location is bigger to accommodate the growth. Katie nailed it with decorations comfortable for the kids to be kids, as if visiting a friend's bedroom. They jump from cloud to cloud on the rug waiting for class to start. Each pillow has a name or two from the students who eagerly pick the pillows up to cuddle.It's no surprise they're growing, it's such a positive experience for all.

Found this place and couldn't be more pleased! Small class sizes keep everyone safe and it's a good way for my kids to get out and exercise in a safe way.

Amazing place with a great vibe. My 8 year old loves doing aerial yoga here! I tried it as well and the teachers are so helpful and fun!

Love this place. Katie is an awesome teacher. She is so patient and helpful. I am 64 and feel so amazing after the gentle flow class. Going to try some other class now.
