Friday, 3/29/24 @ around 7pm.. To me this Cub is huge.. clean, organized, plenty of products on shelves.. customer service was helpful and friendly.. I always use the self check out.. no waiting.. checked myself out in less than 5 minutes.. I'd recommend shopping at this location

Bought some firewood for a campfire, and it would not light. We had to use numerous fire starters, cardboard, wood chip, and a lighter to keep it going. The wood didn’t last longer than 5 minutes actually burning. Maybe cub should start covering their bundles of firewood. The wood didn’t even burn..

Not sure if the employee (Leeann A) was having a bad day but she was very rude. I was doing multiple orders for Instacart & she was being passive with me because I forgot to say that it was an Instacart order. I said thank you after the transactions were complete, but she said nothing & turned her back to me. Very rude lady that I will be avoiding now. On the bright side though, everyone on the sales floor of this Cub has been very helpful, as well as the ladies in the deli :)Edit: I had an emergency prescription filled at this pharmacy. It was about 10 minutes before close & Loren was working the pharmacy & was very rude. He didn’t even wait for me to get off the phone to close up the pharmacy. It upsets me how he saw me waiting there & did absolutely nothing. VERY poor customer service! Will definitely never come here for any future prescription fills.

Cole slaw is very blandThe breakfast coffee cakes are all dryHY Vees is better it’s BC it’s more moist. Cub has discontinued so many brandsI don’t go there anymore

Great store, product and service but please stop pricing like this. I have better things to do when I’m picking up items after work than reading the fine print on CHEESE! I paid $3/package. It is misleading.

This location is absolutely legendary! Brings back memories of what the Cub Foods in Maple Grove used to be like. It's a breath of fresh air to be able to shop here. Immaculate store, top service with plenty of staff ready to help you. Produce is perfect, deli is perfect, bakery is perfect. Plenty of open registers. Makes me feel like Trump is still president. Thank you Cub Foods Rogers!!

Always has significantly lower cash back offerings than every other Cub in the metro on the GetUpside app. Now it seems to be off of the GetUpside app completely. If you like saving money I would recommend going to another location.

Ordered curbside groceries from Cub for the first time, what a great experience! Heather helped me, she texted right away to ask my opinion for a substitution, offered updates and was super kind and pleasant! At the vehicle I admitted I felt silly doing car side groceries, thanking her for her time. She said it was her pleasure to help make my day easier! She even included a thank you treat bag with my order! Best online grocery order experience I’ve had at any grocery/chain retailer! Great job, Heather!! You rock!
