Brought my venison scraps in mid-late march. I like to wait until I know its a time they can get me my own meat back. I received a call in late August that it was ready. Highly disappointed.

Used to love this place but quality seems to be sliding lately in a few areas. All of the burgers and sausages seem to have more fillers and fats. Also, please change your elk bacon recipe back to the original. Would happily pay more for the original recipe. I’m guessing it has changed a couple times in the last year, the newest version is awful. It’s all grey and flavorless now :( Please change it back soon. This was a family staple on Sunday for us.

Amazing meat, absolutely horrific indoor decor. Last time I was there, the ceiling was dark and stained and half the lights were out. I mean, it doesn't affect the quality of the meat but it sure impacts the shopping experience. A little investment would sure dress this place up.

After many years of taking our deer to Elk River Meats, we decided this year to tryout Center Cut Meats in Roger's. Took all of our trimmings in and had them make sausage and some sticks. I will tell you that I am very impressed with what we got back. Had some Country Sausage along with Maple Blueberry Wild Rice. OMG, it was amazing. This store will definitely be our new go to for deer sausage and other products.
