Also Cee even goes out of her way to inspect the car rental right there with you in case you have any questions or concerns. She's super knowledgeable and answers all my questions I had. “I was told by 2 separate Avis Customer Service Reps that I had to drop off the car during office hours.
As a result I didn't have a ride home and had to pay $60 for a Lyft.
I got out of the car and BAM right there was a drop box for keys.
The rep inside was chill and attentive. No complaints there.
The office was oddly full of plants in various states of death and decay.
4/5 stars. It was the least stressful part about renting from Avis.”
