We were super impressed by Bedrock Motor's customer service when we were searching for a newer vehicle and purchased our van. Everyone in the entire building was so friendly and helpful, without the crazy sales pressure you expect at other dealerships. We appreciated that they made sure it was ready for our long road trip in the mountains later in the month. The whole purchasing process was very easy and smooth. Even when I came back for an oil change after our trip, we were wowed by a young employee who stopped and offered a water bottle to me while I was waiting. He was just passing through and saw me sitting there. He was very professional, respectful, thoughtful, and genuine. A rare thing for someone his age. I was super impressed. You can't meet nicer, kinder people. They have a great team and are well trained. Thank you, Bedrock Motors, for setting us up with a dependable van and going above and beyond. We look forward to many long road trip adventures and many fun family memories in our new vehicle. Thank you to John, Wanbli, Pat, and the young unknown guy for taking care of us. You guys ROCK!

I’ve had my Toyota Camry that I purchased from Bedrock for a little over two years now. I’ve loved it ever since I drove it off the lot! I’ve never had any issues with my Camry and it runs perfectly! I still go to Bedrock for all of my vehicle maintenance. I recommend Bedrock to anyone that is looking for a vehicle or that is in need of maintenance! Awesome employees and amazing service!

I recently purchased an Expedition and have had nothing but issues. First it was the air conditioning that most likely wasn’t working when I drove it off the lot. Now I am being told I need a brand new transmission because the transmission fluid has NEVER been flushed or cared for. We were told that there is no way this issue just started from the time I purchased it, it was sold this way and I was lucky it lasted this long. These were both basic things that should have been taken care of during an inspection before this car was even put on the lot for sale. I also reached out to the service department last week to get it in and was blown off, still waiting for a response almost a week later. Had to bring it somewhere else. You guys knowingly sold a pregnant woman and her family a bad vehicle and looking at your reviews this seems to be the case frequently. Reached out to my salesman and was blown off yet again.
Do NOT purchase a vehicle from here, you will regret it! Take all of these reviews seriously; I wish I would have!
Response to you: First I never called the service department. It’s all in email where I can clearly show you I requested something for Monday or Tuesday of last week when I didn’t need a loaner car. No one from the service department ever responded! Nor does it state anywhere that “I would figure it out.” Please let me know if you need copies of those emails.
We’ve had two different shops look at it and both state that the transmission fluid has never been changed and both were shocked that a dealership would put that on the lot. I was also never offered a service contract. Take a look at the photo. This does not happen in four months time.
When talking with Juan today, he said that because of my negative review you guys weren’t going to do anything for us. You may be able to offer a less expensive repair but that’s a rebuilt one, it needs a new one.
Negative reviews can be changed when businesses step up and help their customers.

The secund we walked through the door it appeared they had no interest in trying to sell me a car. I found the car I've been looking for and went in to test drive it. Their price was 4,000 higher than the exact same car at a different dealership. They would only come down 500 dollars. Gladly took my business elsewhere and have the car I've wanted for quite some time. This was at the Blaine location. I was looking at a 2017 Ford Taurus.
