We had a break down, they were unable to get us in, but did give us names of competing shops to try.That's classy honestly, I've been going up on because, "we are booked" they took the time yo hear me out and send me someplace good, who does that????A top tier shop does that!

Super communicative and never sell you something they don’t recommend for your age of vehicle and/or condition. As a female, I’m always leery of being oversold. Not the case with Alfords. They also are super reasonable for pricing. Highly recommend.

They did work on it. (Plugs/coils) picked it up and the car was running horribly. Violent shaking. Drove it around and brought it back. They wouldn’t look at it that day, like no care in the world. He had nothing to say about it. Like he wasn’t telling me something.Don’t use these guys. They don’t care and they’re expensive. Super unreliable.
