They are communicative and never sell you something they don’t recommend for vehicle age or condition. Prices are reasonable, and the shop is highly recommended.

We had a break down, they were unable to get us in, but did give us names of competing shops to try.That's classy honestly, I've been going up on because, "we are booked" they took the time yo hear me out and send me someplace good, who does that????A top tier shop does that!

Super communicative and never sell you something they don’t recommend for your age of vehicle and/or condition. As a female, I’m always leery of being oversold. Not the case with Alfords. They also are super reasonable for pricing. Highly recommend.
