Do not go to these place. We order the part pay upfront and never call if the part arrives and super snotty tone the manager call himself Travis. On top of that it’s a wrong part and when we call him, he swear like it’s our fault getting the wrong part. We verify 3 times when we order and said will be the right one. Boy instead of apologizing he swear and really rude. We drove 150 miles and been treated like this. I should give then negative zero!

Bought 2 rh doors, after recieving them one of the two was left hand marked rh. Travis the sales manager cursed at me for complaing. There are better salvage yards.

I had a very good experience and transaction with Mike Riley. I called for some running boards and he sent me pictures of a couple different types that were available. I picked which ones I wanted and he took the payment. They were available for pick up that afternoon. I pulled in, guy came out in the snow storm and loaded them up. I'll forsure contact Mike Riley and APS again when I need something.

Iv dealt with Mike Riley several times at aps and wow 10/10 experience with him . Very knowledgeable, fast responses and always finds exactly what I'm looking for. Definitely recommend aps and ask for Mike Riley you won't be disappointed thanks.

If I were able to give zero stars I would do so, I ordered A 2016 Audi wheel from APS and I received a totally different wheel. When I sent the wheel back they told me that I sent back the wrong wheel and they didn't credit me or anything like that buyers beware from this location because they are the only one that this has ever happened to their staff was also very rude about the process we also spend 80$ to ship back the rim to get a refund of 230$ so I don't understand why they would think that I'm sending them the wrong rim back or anything like that.

I’ve been doing business with them for the last twenty years, they have always been able to find the part I need even if they don’t have it they can get it. As far as used parts go they stand out in their quality and grading.
