I truly cannot explain how amazing this vet clinic is. I normally don’t write reviews on things but this clinic and their veterinarians are absolutely amazing. My cat has struggled for a while with various allergies, eye problems, etc., and we have never found a vet that has been able to help. We went to Cats Preferred in Plymouth for awhile and they don’t even come close to what Rockford Vet is. The technicians and Dr. Barlow instantly cared about my cat and supported me throughout so many hard decisions. I brought her here randomly one day since I wanted to leave my other vet and they welcomed us in with open arms. No matter what questions I may have, Dr. Barlow will take time out of his day to call me and stay on the phone throughout all of them. I was deciding if it was my cats time to cross the rainbow bridge or not and he stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour while I cried and tried to figure out our options. He didn’t get paid for this phone call and he truly just cared that I got the answers and support I needed. She just had surgery with Dr. Barlow and it went amazing. I was so nervous but he and other staff members were so supportive and kept me updated throughout it all. I can never repay this clinic for what they’ve done for me and my pet and how amazing they’ve been. I will recommend this clinic forever! Thank you so much for being what I looked for for so long in a vet.

I am impressed and pleased with how my first visit to your clinic went today. Dr. Beck, I truly appreciate everything you explained to me. I learned so much and everything you explained made sense. The educational materials you gave me for my older dog are awesome. It is beyond helpful when a pet owner receives printed information that explains the rational behind the reason instead of being "told" what to do when having no experience in doing specific exercises with a dog. There is so much to teach pet owners and it can be difficult to retain everything that is "said". People learn in different ways and being given the concrete tools to work with that can help their pets is worth it's weight in gold. I am thankful for the suggestions for my second dog and how to work through allergies and what OTC meds can be given safely to ease his discomfort. And above all, thank you so much for the once a day ear drops for my dog. This may not seem like a big deal, but honestly, it's the small things that make life a little easier and they matter. I could go on and on sharing my appreciation, but I hope this review shows what a gem Rockford Veterinary Clinic has. Your knowledge and patience are a gift. Thank you.

They were able to squeeze us in for an urgent vet appointment and got us in as soon as possible. We unfortunately had to lead our furbaby to the rainbow bridge, but Dr. Barlow and his staff were extremely patient while we made the decision. They didn't rush us out afterwards and told us to take all of the time we needed. Everyone was very kind and treated us and our baby with care.
