I have been bringing my pups here their whole life. Yesterday one of our pups was limping and very lethargic. After calling, Rockford Vet walked us through what to look for to determine the urgency of her condition. After discovering she had a high fever they went above and beyond by squeezing her into their already full schedule so she could be seen and receive medicine needed to reduce the fever. I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you Rockford Vet!!!

Dr Pariso was excellent as we dealt with health issues in our aging 15yr old kitty, Bandit. We said our final Goodbye several weeks ago and the staff couldn’t have been more caring. I recommend the Rockford clinic for their knowledge, compassion, & thoughtfulness. Thank you!

I love Rockford Veterinary Clinic!! They have taken care of my 15 yr beagle and my 7 mo puppy and they are so knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of your pet's life. All three of the doctors are fabulous.

We took our cat in four different times for the same medical issue. Blood tests were ran twice. The second blood test results were taken on 11/15/17 and sent off. Our beloved cat died on 11/18/17 unknown to the vet clinic. The second blood test results were ran on 11/21/17 and available to the vet clinic that day. On 11/22/17, I stopped by the vet clinic as was told the results still were not in. I told them our cat had died. We never heard back from the vet clinic until I called and asked for a meeting to which we left feeling badly. I felt we were treated very poorly. We paid for these tests, we should have received the results, at the very least.

Most vet hospitals talk about their they are caring and compassionate. Rockford Pet hospital has one line for this. Not much more. Here is our families experience. We called to get our Cat in . told them he had not ate for 3 days. They were too busy to see him. Our Cat has been at their clinic before and we live 7 blocks away. So we called Friday morning they tell us they can get the cat in on the next Tuesday. afternoon. No doubt we probably should have just taken him to emergency care... BUT if I tell them my cat is severely ill they can't take 10 minutes to do a quick check before running to an emergency hospital 26 miles away. There 7 blocks from my house. So we wait over the weekend. Sunday cat not looking so good. I call Monday morning the girl answering the phone says sorry we have no openings. My wife calls later in the midafternoon.. won't let us come in no matter what. Cat starts coughing up blood.. We go to emergency hospital and drop 350.00 and cat is put down. If I have a screaming painful tooth my dentist IN ROCKFORD will find a way to get me in. But if my animal is extremely hill These people don't care. We're going to PLYMOUTH MN vet on Vinewood. 100's and 100's of reviews! Hope you pet is not extremely ill - this clinic won't help.
