“Always stop by when I’m visiting Mayo, which is fairly often, and it’s a new store every time! The curation and merchandising is lovely. I’ve purchased artwork for my kids’ walls, clothing, home decor, even scored a Christmas gift for my husband. Owner and staff are always friendly. Absolutely worth the visit!”

I can bring my 10 year old daughter to find something cute to wear and myself! Of course accessories, cutesy things like shower caps and hair towels and more and let us not forget the home decor! Hands down one of my very favorite stores, shop small, shop local!”
“I was looking for a Dale of Norway sweater that matched the one I had just purchased for my dad. The folks at Dale of Norway reached out and they were able to link me to the exact sweater I needed. After waiting a few days I placed my order. They were fantastic in their shipping time and updated me by email all across the ordering process. They were nice and answered any questions I had and were always available on email or on the phone. This is my first stop for any Dale of Norway sweater or really any Norwegian sweater altogether.”

“Torrid is always an enjoyable shopping trip- the employees are helpful with out being overbearing and I have never felt judge for my personal taste in clothing here any time I have visited in the last 5 years. “My entire shopping experience - from start to finish (being enticed by kitchen/home items in the windows, wandering in the store, getting helpful information from the staff and finally the excellent and quick shipping of items to my home) - all exceeded my expectations. I had 'time to kill' between having to depart my hotel room, until my airport shuttle arrived and so I started 'wandering' in the Galleria Mall in downtown Rochester. Eight or nine items later - all from Counterpoint Home - I had cool and what I felt were necessary gadgets for my kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful, prices were fair and everything arrived 1,100 miles from shop to home in excellent shape. Thank you! I will definitely shop with you again when I'm back in Rochester.”

“I was doing some shopping for winter clothes and I'm the past they always have deals on sweatshirts and hoodies. It jad been a while since I was in here and it had been remodeled since last time. Was able to find some sweatshirts and looked around. I did not have any employee come up to ask what I was looking for at anytime. However I was only in the store for a couple minutes. The person who rang me up was very friendly and upbeat. The reason I rated a 4 star is because the sweatshirts I got ended up being much lighter than in the past.”
“This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.”

Meika made sure that I had all the things I needed to keep the quality of my purchase looking good and kept for a long time, they both educated me on the things I purchased and the great things about the store.”
“The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. Even with all that, the staff were friendly and always moving to keep the place organized.”

Quality clothes for all weather wear and comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took my mother there while she was visiting from California. Got some good deals for the whole family..”
“I love shopping at Clothes Mentor! Especially since new ownership in 2024! Great place to get fashionable things at a great price. Also, a good place to sell high end newer items you have in your closet. They are selective on what they take as they take styles that are currently in or that they feel will go fast in our market. I can respect that as most people like to have the newest trends in their closet.”
