This company has the worst service the worst phone service and the worst online service. The representatives that answer your calls are good at their jobs but when you call to cancel they hang up or transfer you back on a long waiting line just to talk to a representative again. I started calling at 10:00 am and I just got through with this company and cancelled my service at 1:35pm. You would think that with the outrageous prices they charge for pickup they would be willing to work with you. Good Bye to the Real rubbish, Waste Managment

The timing has changed for our pick-up to earlier in the morning. This means most put the containers out the night before. I was worried that it would create issues with crows, raccoons, other creature but it has not seem to be a problem. The service overall continue to be good.

Waste Management customer support is what I call non customer support. They make cancellations difficult. Transferred me to three other people and hung up on me two times. I called a total of four times. Decided well that did not work so went on to the chat online twice they stop talking to me. Would not recommend them to any one else. If you don’t want the headache. Still no call back from them and their trash can has not been picked up. How do you take the steps needed for cancellation when WM hangs up on you?

I've had Waste Management for years and always been very satisfied with their service. Prompt pickup... email notices reminding me during holidays service is the next day. Wonderful customer service staff whenever I've called them too.

Our recycle pickup guy has a bad attitude. He leaves our can in the road and moves it from the area it was in. Today there was a school bus dropping off our neighbor’s kid and he drove down the hill toward the bus and then was over toward the middle too far for the bus to get by him. He gets his phone out and is taking pics and looked like he had attitude. He was in the wrong here, not the bus. I do have pics of him and the scenario. I can send in of him. He needs to be reprimanded for this behavior. He’s been leaving our can in the road every week for a month and I don’t appreciate it.

Was dissatisfied with the increase amount of payment without notification until bill came in the mail. Person was very rude on phone. Dissatisfied of charging a pk up fee for containers after canceling being a customer. Was a customer with Advantage Disposal for over 20 years, when sold ,WM bought out and does not have good customer service when speaking on the phone .
