They forgot to take off the security tag off my dress!!! I live pretty far away and i don’t wanna go back. Im supprised the alarms didn’t go off because it was a SECURITY TAG!! You could literally steal a dress and the sound won’t go off. I also had a guy check me out and forgot to take it out. Giving you guys a one star.

When I stopped in Elizabeth was extremely helpful, I had no idea what I was looking for but she helped me pick out the perfect outfit! Not only that but the clothing there is ADORABLE!

I had such a great experience! I walked in looking for graduation shoes and found the perfect pair I needed on display. I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Elizabeth, and she gave me a coupon for my shoes. Not only that, the pulled up a chair (because they were busy and occupied) for me to sit to try them on. Great customer service and amazing selection.

I love working at Windsor and I love the clothes they have to offer! The company is so amazing and willing to work with anyone! They truly are a loving and caring family. They have an open door policy as long as ur honest, also don’t forget that all employees get a 40% discount!

Super hostile work enviromnet would not work for them i also saw the manger yell at 2 customers about broken wings that they accidently broke forcing them to pay it upfront they left crying.

Edith, super sweet gal working the fitting rooms was overall amazing! She was so kind to us while my daughters and I were waiting in a really long line to try on homecoming dresses. She checked in on us and everyone else in line and thanked us for our patience. Found the perfect dresses along with the shoes all in one trip, thank you so much. Will be returning back for prom season!

Staff was incredible. Shoutout to Amber and my other 1991 crew. We were there for hours and they were fantastic and so so helpful! Every store should have an Amber, seriously. Pay her more. Only gave 4 stars because I would've loved to see plus sized clothes... I couldn't fit into anything, sadly. The XL was more like a M-L from other stores.
