“Decent place for it being a total zoo to navigate on weekends. The lady who checks receipts when leaving was quite unprofessional, she felt the need to show us her tattoo by lifting up her shirt and showing off more than we bargained for. Weird experience to say the least, but hey, I got a lemonade and hotdog for $1.50.”
“Whether there is a line or not a line this is an organized place to get in and out pretty darn fast. The pumps usually work well and the credit card mechanism is top-notch now that only needs a tap. Typical Costco with no trashcan or anything like that but the price is rightand the gas is top-tier.”
“Costco is the one shop place for the majority of our shopping whether that be groceries, electronics, gas, and household appliances and tools. It has been amazing living near a Costco to have direct access to this warehouse and all of its benefits. We are consistently impressed with the high quality selection and especially the superior customer service that is delivered. “Everyone working at the Rochester Costco is friendly and helpful. I have gotten some bad produce a couple times but Costco made things right which was nice. The lines can be pretty long sometimes but they do go fast. Hopefully they add scan-and-go at some point. I have had good luck at their tire center over the years too.”
