“While shopping at Sam's in Rochester, MN on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, we were asked by employee Shalena if she could help us find something and we were good. She then asked if we had self scan, or whatever the proper term is, and we didn't. She took the time to help us register our membership and helped me get set up on my phone. She also showed us the correct way to scan the items. We shop at a lot of different Sam's Club and we have never been treated so wonderful as we were with Shalena. Sam's should be so thankful to have Shalena as a team member. We were so thankful for Shalena. There was also a young man at the exit that also showed us our purchases and how the scan system worked but did not get his name.”

“Everyone working at the Rochester Costco is friendly and helpful. I have gotten some bad produce a couple times but Costco made things right which was nice. The lines can be pretty long sometimes but they do go fast. Hopefully they add scan-and-go at some point. I have had good luck at their tire center over the years too.”
“Great food area here in the Costco of Rochester,MN. I honestly like how the company has respected its prices & customers. The food quality here is very good for the price. I got a slice of Cheese Pizza (1.99) and a 20oz fountain drink (79 cents). With taxes, the pizza slice & drink came to 3.01. The pizza slice was very tasty & delicious. The fountain drink was also really good. I do recommend checking out the food court if you come to Costco, you won’t be disappointed.-ShyGun670”
“I had a great experience. They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock so they ordered them and they arrived very quickly and then they got me in the next day to put them on. Only took 45 mins to put them on! Overall great place to buy tires!”
“We were driving from the Twin Cities down to Rochester when we ran over something that caused a puncture. After putting on the spare, we continued on our way. Since we originally purchased our tires at Costco, we decided to stop by to see if the damaged one could be repaired.
Even on a busy Saturday, the process was incredibly smooth. We dropped off the tire at one of the garage bays and were promptly greeted by a technician. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to patch, but they had a replacement tire in stock. In less than 20 minutes, we had a new tire installed and were back on the road.
A special thank-you to Jovan, who dropped everything to help us from start to finish with our unscheduled repair — truly excellent service!”

“I was shopping for food and shirts but I couldn't find what I was looking for until I asked for help from a janitor that was working there. He kindly asked me what I was looking for and I told him and he helped me and even gave me tips for cleaning. I usually don't like asking for help since my anxiety is very bad but since he was so understanding and made sure I was taken care of I never felt so comfortable with someone especially a janitor but I'm very glad he did help me. I just wanted to say thank you to the janitor whose name is Romeo. I would definitely likely come back since I had such a good experience and good customer service. I didn't recommend coming here if you're getting food or wanna get great prices on TVs or devices. Thank you Costco can't wait to come back again!!!”
