Went in to get a cashiers check and was surprised to hear there was a 10 dollar fee, as this is my first time getting one. When I asked the lady at the counter why she replied with extreme attitude saying “because it is a check and no check is free.” Thanks ma’am I didn’t feel like getting yelled at for a simple question. Needless to say this is my last straw with this brand. So many hidden fees, and hardly any interest! I will be moving banks!

We went inside and waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told that one of the other tellers was the only one that could help us with closing an account. He did say that it would be a little bit before he would be done with the customer he was with. We decides to wait on the side for another 15 minutes. When he got done with that customer, he took the next customer in line and told us we had to wait in line again.

If zero was an option, that would have been used. Wait times are ridiculously long, horrible every single time I come to this location in the drive thru. Time to Change banks, service has to be better.

My brother kept going to them because he put his debit into ESPN thru Roku account and ESPN kept charging him even though he wasn’t even using it and didn’t know how to remove it cs we threw away the Roku account. He asked them their help and they did nothing didn’t even recommend him to change his debit card or anything.

Staff is very nice, unfortunately this location barely has any staff so lines are long and transactions take forever. I'd go elsewhere...

Just a note to anyone going to this branch. If you plan on going, you better set aside an hour of your time. Drive thru closed, one person working inside. The line was out the door. All I had to do is cash a check.

The branch is supposed to open at 9am it’s 9:07am and I can see bankers/tellers in the branch but no one is running the drive thru they’re all just walking by the window as nearly every lane is full waiting.

Wells-Fargo in Rochester, MN is a place I'm going to try to avoid. I'm switching all of my accounts, if possible, to another bank. Not another physical building: I'm changing them to CapitalOne I think.

They take soooo long , whether it’s the drive thru or in the store it’s ridiculous, plan your day around it , you’ll be here for awhile. They are generally pretty polite , but extremely slow. If u have something to do that day be prepared to be late

Like others, I've tried calling this branch many times over the last few months and no one ever answers the phone. Reported it to Wells Fargo today because I thought perhaps they were "temporarily closed" like so many of the other WF branches here are. When corporate tried to call their internal lines, they were surprised to receive no answers as well. I ended up driving over and saw that they were in fact open, but decided not to do business here based on all the reviews showing that they miscount change. The only WF branch in Rochester that is still open and consistently has manager/employees is the branch on 1st street.

Wells Fargo has shut down most locations, funneling everyone to one location. This causes major wait times because they refuse staff the location for the work load! To make a deposit/withdrawal, plan a good 60 mins! Disgusting WF!!! Been like this for over a year! All other banks have returned to “normal”, except you!Please do not give me the “email me” or “I apologize” line of bs like everyone else’s post, just fix it!
