I asked the pharmacist about a product, the pharmacist told me to look it up online.

Unreal, thanks to the argumentative woman who likes to tell you that YOU have to call Mayo to renew your prescrip and talk over you. She needs to be tossed out the front door. No, that's YOUR job to FAX them. Mayo's opinion of them is not what I'll call a "glowing recommendation", either. Too bad they lost some of their GOOD staff recently.

Apparently losing your prescription or just not filling your prescription is common at the North pharmacy. Don't fool yourself calling in to request a re fill or calling the pharmacy the day of to verify that your prescription is ready still does not verify that your prescription will be ready for pickup. Surprisingly my prescription was not ready today and I was asked to wait 20 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled after waiting the 20 minutes I got back in line I was told I was unable to pick it up to day and would have to come back since I was a day early. I don't understand why for the 20 minutes I sat in front of their cash register they couldnt have told me that when I thought I had heard the pharmacist discuss it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This might be my first one star review. I was trying to refill two of my medications several months after moving to the area. One medication is monthly, and I've refilled it before without problems. The other is PRN, and I hadn't refilled it in awhile. I ordered my refills online with no problem. When I got to the physical location after the meds were ready, suddenly they had no record of my PRN. As I'm trying to troubleshoot this with the woman at the desk, the metal curtain starts coming down on my husband and I. I say something like "Jesus, move honey!" And he looks up and says "Oh god!" Because it's coming down right on him, and the store associate just laughs and says "oh, it's fine.". So then the woman helping me called my previous pharmacy in my hometown to try and figure out what was going on, but they wanted to speak to the pharmacist. She asked what the pharmacist's extension was, and the pharmacist replied "Amy, what are you even doing? It's time to go to lunch!". So she turned back to me and apologized but just ended the transaction then and there, because "we have to go to lunch". So now we wait, because I need my medications, and these guys just decided to stop the interaction halfway through. I'm really disappointed in the customer service here.

Always helpful, mostly friendly, and pretty fast for as busy as they usually are.
