The service representative was professional, and he was great at explaining what would happen, which is exactly what did happen so there were no surprises. He also sent pictures for insurance so everything was quick and easy and I didn’t have to worry about getting a flat tire on the roadside with a baby in the car.Service: Tire change

Used this service through my insurance. Had a flat tire that was extremely difficult to remove with my old jack, so called and Rapid Roadside- Royal was dispatched to help. He was super nice and helpful and got the flat tire removed and spare put on. Thank you for the great service Royal!!

I was at the lake at sunset when my battery died. I called my car insurance which I have roadside assistance through. They sent out Roayalty. A gentleman that works for Rapid Roadside LLC. He came in a very timely manner and had my car started and had me on my way before I knew it :) He was friendly and professional. Sometimes, it irritates me that the insurance company doesn't find a closer, local tow company, to assist me.I don't want to wait. This time it was worth the wait because Royalty was much nicer then some of the local people I've dealt with.Service: Battery service

We had an unexpected blow-out tire on a Sunday while attending an event. We called and within 30 minutes, they dispatched someone to change out our tire with a spare. It was fast, convenient (communicated through text messages) and easy. All we did was call the number provided and they took care of everything else. I would recommend this service to everyone!

I was out of town when my battery died and Rapid Roadside saved the day! The gentleman who responded made it a point to get to where I was immediately when he found out my kids were with me. I didn’t have to wait long at all. He was very professional and within seconds after he arrived he had my van started again! I didn’t know the area and he directed me to the closest place to go that was open that could check the battery for free. He told me what to expect and it worked exactly how he described. We were locked out of our car. He showed up exactly on time. He was very cheerful even a 9:40pm. He had the cr unlocked in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use this guy again... But hopefully I don't have to!!Service: Car lockouts

What an incredible experience. Fast response time, not at all a straight forward answer, yet moments after eval and debunking he knew what to check. Super fast arrival and service with great care for my car paint. The person asked specific questions before they arrived and were able to meet me even after my phone died! I used my insurance for the service but will be saving them for all future needs. My car is a keyless entry fob that I locked in the trunk, I literally had the key in seconds of their arrival. Also the provider was super nice, I called them before they came, they answered right away and gave an accurate estimate for arrival to the minute. So thankful for them!Service: Car lockouts
